We provide a number of services (see our Services Offered) on a 24/7 basis.  We want you to be happy with the service we provide and feel able to trust your Alpha Carer totally – being seen as a caring friend who really helps to make a difference!.

• Your dignity as a human being will always be respected

• You have the right to decide exactly what type and level of service you receive.

• You have the right to say and choose who you will have in your home.

• As part of our service, we can advise and assess friends and relatives of clients in our care on their own needs and rights.

• All information held will remain confidential (apart from emergency situations where your permission will be sought to contact a third party such as a Doctor or District Nurse.

• Records and information held by Alpha Care Services can be made available to clients on request.
